Tamannaah Bhatia and Vijay Varma’s Lust Stories 2 Scene Is Back
There’s a special kind of hell in doing a love scene with somebody you’re actually falling for. Every take is evidence. Tamannaah Bhatia and Vijay Varma left the evidence on Netflix.
The viral clip is Tamannaah Bhatia and Vijay Varma’s love scene from “Sex With Ex”, Sujoy Ghosh’s segment of Netflix’s Lust Stories 2 (June 2023). It was her first on-screen kiss, and the two started dating on that shoot, which is why fans keep replaying it.
The post on X has it going round again. The clip is 30 seconds long and nobody needs more.
Tamannaah Bhatia and Vijay Varma Lust Stories 2 scene (video)
30 seconds from Sex With Ex: Tamannaah, in a black bra, and Vijay Varma in a cramped kitchen, arguing, then kissing, then not arguing at all.

What happens in “Sex With Ex”
Vijay plays Vijay, a man whose car breaks down in a hill town. The woman living in the house where he ends up is his ex-wife, played by Tamannaah, who vanished years ago and has a new name. Old anger, old want, a cramped kitchen. The scene in the clip is where the anger loses. It’s the last of the four stories in Lust Stories 2; the others are by R. Balki, Konkona Sen Sharma and Amit Ravindernath Sharma. Watch it on Netflix.
Confession: I once read a whole sex scene I wrote out loud to the woman I was writing it about. She said ‘that’s not how it went.’ She was right. Here’s the thing about this clip: it’s how it went. You can see two people who are about to ruin each other’s quiet lives, and they don’t care.
Tamannaah spent close to twenty years in the movies with a no-kissing rule. She broke it once, for this, with him. Then they told the world they were together. Romance isn’t dead. It just has a Netflix subscription.

Tamannaah and Vijay: on screen and off
They met on the Lust Stories 2 shoot and confirmed they were dating in June 2023, right around release. They were Bollywood’s favourite couple for nearly two years; reports in March 2025 said they had broken up, quietly, the way grown-ups sometimes manage. The scene is still there.
Tamannaah Bhatia now: Devil Wears Prada 2 and Odela 2
In April 2026 she turned up at The Devil Wears Prada 2 screening in Mumbai in a burgundy off-shoulder top and a black leather skirt. A year earlier, for the Odela 2 trailer launch, it was a red anarkali. Different decade, same effect.
