I’ve been behind the camera since 2001 and shot more than 2,000 scenes, and I’ll tell you what most stylists never figure out: one color, head to toe, skin-tight, and the body does the rest. Justine Skye walked into Kendall Jenner’s Halloween party as Dipsy, the green Teletubby, in a glossy neon green bodysuit cut high on the hips, sheer green tights and stilettos. Same costume every kid knows. Nothing like the one they know.

The detail that makes it: a dark rectangular panel across her stomach with a silver edge, which is the Teletubby tummy screen turned into a belt. CelebMafia rated the look 8/10.
