One week after Candice Swanepoel walked the Victoria’s Secret runway in a jeweled white bra and silver wings, her name landed next to Tom Brady’s. Candice Swanepoel, 38, and the seven-time Super Bowl champion, 49, have been dating “for a while,” a source told Us Weekly in an exclusive on Saturday, Oct. 24. Neither of them has said a word about it, and their reps didn’t answer Page Six or the Daily Mail.

I’m Nico Grey. I shoot adult films, I run NicoGrey.com and Scandal Planet, and the rest of my week goes to investment, crypto and AI ventures. In business I learned to read a deal by its sourcing before its headline. So here’s this one, line by line: what’s actually reported, what’s only a tip, and why the timing around the VS show matters.

What happened

Us Weekly’s piece, by Miranda Siwak, rests on one unnamed insider, and that insider gave exactly one detail: the two have been together “for a while.” There’s no date, no place and no photo of them together. Page Six picked it up a few hours later, at 11:06 p.m. ET, and its post on X passed 328,000 views by Sunday afternoon in Bangkok. The Daily Mail followed on Sunday morning with the Victoria’s Secret angle: Tom’s ex-wife, Gisele Bündchen, was an Angel too.

The report, as it broke

Page Six and the Daily Mail both credited Us Weekly’s source, and neither got a reply from Tom’s or Candice’s reps.

Tom Brady appears to set sights on another Victoria’s Secret Angel after Gisele Bundchen split as rumors swirl he’s ‘dating’ Candice Swanepoel

Tom, you retired twice and still couldn’t stay off the Victoria’s Secret roster. Gisele, then Irina in the rumor mill, now Candice. Same play every time, and it keeps working. I respect a man who knows his route.

Candice, darling, you walked the runway in a jeweled bra and silver wings on Oct. 18, and by Oct. 24 the whole NFL was saying your name. That’s not luck. That’s timing.

My challenge to both of you: one anonymous source and the words “for a while” is a rumor, not a romance. Walk out together on Halloween weekend and make it a headline. Until then, see what Tom’s been chasing: Candice’s hub, then Irina in “Hercules” →

Tom Brady reportedly picked another Angel. Scandal Planet has the shoots that made Candice one: her hub, plus Irina Shayk in “Hercules,” Gisele Bündchen and the VS legends she walked with.
