Rochelle Humes Nude? Her Hottest Saturdays Videos, Looks & Photos
I had to start here. In Forever Is Over (2009) Rochelle Humes, then Rochelle Wiseman, sprawls across a satin bed in a sleeveless denim vest and tiny skirt, an old phone by her hand, singing straight into the lens with that sharp brunette bob. Twenty, gorgeous and all attitude.
Rochelle Humes in the Forever Is Over video: the satin bed scenes. Ranked moments, 8 clips, 24 photos and an FAQ below.
Note: Every clip here comes from The Saturdays’ own videos, 2008 to 2013, the years Rochelle went from the quiet one at the end of the line to the girl the camera kept finding. Una Healy, Mollie King, Vanessa White and Frankie Bridge drift in and out of the frame, but these are her shots. And no, Rochelle Humes has never done a nude scene or a topless shoot.

Rochelle Humes (born Rochelle Wiseman on 21 March 1989 in Barking, London) is an English singer and TV presenter. She was one of the five members of The Saturdays, who scored thirteen UK top-ten singles between 2008 and 2013, and she now co-hosts the BBC quiz The Hit List with her husband, JLS singer Marvin Humes, and regularly fronts ITV’s This Morning. Long before the morning-TV sofa, though, there was a girl in a denim vest on a satin bed, singing at a rotary phone like it owed her money. Here are her hottest moments from the band’s videos, ranked.
Rochelle Humes’ Halloween 2026: Kelly Rowland in “Dilemma”
Why she is trending this week: a couple of days before Halloween 2026, Rochelle and Marvin re-created Nelly and Kelly Rowland’s 2002 hit “Dilemma” for Instagram, Rochelle in a wig, a plunging lace-up top and low-rise jeans, Marvin as Nelly in the yellow tee with the plaster on his cheek. The full story and the photos are in our Rochelle Humes Kelly Rowland Halloween costume story, No. 28 in the Top 100 celebrity Halloween costumes of 2026.

Her full Forever Is Over moments. Rochelle lounges and rolls across a messy satin bed in a denim vest and mini skirt, then the video flips to black-and-white shots in a sleek black dress. Her bandmates pop up in leopard print and red, but the bed scenes are hers.

Video: Gentleman (The Saturdays, 2013) | What you see: a black tuxedo jacket, then the whole band in red gowns

Tuxedo jacket and red gown scenes (0:40)
Gentleman (2013) is a glossy suburban fantasy. Rochelle turns up in a sharp black tuxedo jacket and white shirt, hair pulled back, then joins the girls in matching red gowns on a manicured lawn. Una, Mollie, Vanessa and Frankie share the frame.
Rochelle Humes in Disco Love (2013)
Video: Disco Love (The Saturdays, 2013) | What you see: a floppy hat at an airfield, then a neon roller-disco party
The band’s thirteenth UK top-ten single, styled as a 1979 road trip that ends in a packed disco.
Airfield and roller-disco scenes (0:54)
Disco Love (2013) goes full 1970s. Rochelle starts in a floppy hat at a sunny airfield, then the party moves to a neon roller disco where she dances under red and green lights with her bandmates, hair big, smile bigger.
Rochelle Humes in All Fired Up (2011)
Video: All Fired Up (The Saturdays, 2011) | What you see: a sparkling embellished top and a dance routine under light panels
A top-ten hit from the album On Your Radar, and the band’s most choreography-heavy video.
Sequins and dance routine (0:44)
All Fired Up (2011) is the band at their most glam. Rochelle poses against a steel wall in a sparkling embellished top, then the five girls dance in black outfits under a ceiling of white light panels. Moody, sexy choreography.

TV Work and Swimwear Shoots
Swimwear: Rochelle designed swimwear ranges for Very and shot the campaigns in Dubai; she said at the time that “a plunging swimsuit is as far as I would go”. In 2024 she shot a swimwear cover story for Women’s Health UK. TV: Ninja Warrior UK (2015 to 2022), The Xtra Factor (2015), The Hit List (since 2019), This Morning (main relief presenter) and Children in Need.
