Noomi Rapace is a Swedish actress, born Noomi Norén on 28 December 1979 in Hudiksvall, Sweden. She became famous as the hacker Lisbeth Salander in the Swedish Millennium films (2009), then moved to Hollywood with Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows (2011) and Ridley Scott’s Prometheus (2012). Her nude and sex scenes run from the Danish drama Daisy Diamond (2007) to the Icelandic horror film Lamb (2021).

Who Is Noomi Rapace?

Noomi Rapace grew up partly in Iceland, where she had a small part in a film as a child, and started acting in Swedish theatre and television as a teenager. She took the surname Rapace when she married the actor Ola Rapace; they have a son and divorced in 2011.
