Kim Kardashian’s 500-Hour Corset Gown at the All’s Fair NYC Premiere
Five hundred hours. That’s how long somebody spent on Kim Kardashian’s dress. I’ve had relationships that didn’t last five hundred hours, and none of them held me together that well.
Kim Kardashian wore a custom grey Ashi Studio corset gown to the All’s Fair season 2 premiere in New York on Monday, Nov. 2, 2026: Chantilly lace, sheer panels, crocodile-embossed leather and suede cords, finished with a leather corset neckpiece. Page Six says it took 500 hours to make.
The next morning she posted three clips from the carpet with two words, “ALL’S FAIR NYC”, and a million people pressed play before lunch.
Kim’s own three-part video from the carpet: she turns slowly in the grey corset gown, the camera pushes in on the boned bodice and the leather choker, and then pulls back to show the suede cords swinging from her arms as she poses in front of the gold-lettered wall.

The Ashi Studio corset gown, piece by piece
It’s grey, the colour of a rainy Monday, which is the only modest thing about it. The bodice is boned so tight it looks like architecture, with lace and crocodile-embossed leather where most dresses keep fabric. Suede cords hang off the arms like the dress is shedding. There’s a train, because of course there is, and a corset-style leather collar that makes her neck look like it’s been signed for (Page Six, People).
Hair: a sleek, centre-parted ponytail with two tendrils. Eyes: smoky. Jewellery: diamond studs and one big three-stone ring. That’s it. When the dress does this much talking, you shut up and let it.
My take on Kim’s All’s Fair press tour
Here’s what I respect. Kim is 46, she has more money than most countries, and she still treats a red carpet like it’s her first audition. Mexico City in white liquid silicone. Rome in vintage YSL leopard. New York in 500 hours of corset. Every stop is a new costume, and none of them are an accident.
The critics hated season 1 of All’s Fair. Kim didn’t care. She knows her real show is the one on the carpet, and on that one she’s never had a bad review. Law Roach dresses her like a weapon. She walks like she knows it.

All’s Fair is Ryan Murphy’s Hulu drama about an all-female divorce firm. Kim plays Allura Grant, with Sarah Paulson, Glenn Close, Naomi Watts and Niecy Nash.
