Hailey Bieber’s Angel Halloween Costume Is a Feather Bra and Hot Pants, and Justin Came as the Devil
I’ve been behind the camera since 2001 and shot more than 2,000 scenes, and the oldest trick on any set is the good girl and the bad boy in the same frame. Put her in white, put him in red, light it hot. Hailey and Justin Bieber just ran that play for Halloween 2026, and she won it in a feather bra.
Hailey Bieber went to Halloween as an angel, and her halo was the most modest thing she had on. The 29-year-old Rhode founder wore a white feather bra, tiny black hot pants and a crisp white dress shirt hanging open, with oversized feathered wings and a fluffy white halo. Long brunette waves, silver shimmer on the eyes, nude lip (Marie Claire, Hello!).
She first showed it in a mirror selfie on Instagram on Oct. 30, the night Kendall Jenner threw her Halloween birthday party in Los Angeles. Then on Oct. 31 came the couple shots: Justin Bieber as the devil, in a red horned hood, red-tinted glasses and an oversized red leather jacket, crouched at her heels on a fluffy cloud set while she stands over him in strappy heels. Extra credited the photos to Amber Asaly, posted by Justin and Hailey (Extra on X). Pop Crave’s post of the pair passed 650,000 views and 9,500 likes in about seven hours (Pop Crave on X).

Every piece of the angel costume
- The bra: a white micro bra trimmed with soft feathers. Hello! called it lingerie, and it is (Hello!).
- The shorts: black hot pants, the only dark thing on her, cut high.
- The shirt: a plain white dress shirt worn wide open, so it frames the bra instead of covering it (Marie Claire).
- The wings and halo: oversized white feathered wings and a fluffy halo headpiece.
- The heels: strappy sandals in the couple shots, standing on a cloud while Justin crouches below.
Nico’s take: the angel is the one doing the tempting
Look at who is standing and who is down on the floor. Hailey is upright in white feathers with her abs out and a hand on her hip. Justin is crouched on the floor in red with a cigarette, looking up at her. That’s not angel and devil. That’s a woman and the guy who’d do anything she says.
I’ve staged hundreds of couple shoots. Nobody puts the man at her feet by accident. Somebody chose that frame, and it reads like a dare: everyone calls her the sweet one, so she shows up in a feather bra and hot pants and lets him play the villain.
My take: the open shirt is the smartest piece. A bra alone is a costume. A bra under an open men’s shirt is the morning after. She knew exactly what she was doing.

One more from my side of the camera. Hailey wasn’t on the Victoria’s Secret runway this year while her best friend Kylie Jenner wore the Fantasy Bra (Hello!). Two weeks later she builds her own angel at home, wings and all, and gets more eyes on it than half the models who walked. W Magazine already called her an honorary Angel (W Magazine). If I were Victoria’s Secret, I’d call her agent Monday morning. That’s my bet, not news.
Kendall’s party, Kylie’s corset and the Victoria’s Secret link
Kendall Jenner turns 31 on Nov. 3, but she threw her Halloween birthday party in Los Angeles on Oct. 30. Marie Claire tied Hailey’s angel look to that night, though she wasn’t photographed arriving. She did post to her Instagram Stories, including a glimpse of what looked like Kylie Jenner’s costume: a corset bodice with a pearl necklace and suspenders. Kylie added her own teaser in white diamante fishnets and fluffy white heels (Marie Claire).
The guest list was hot. Charli XCX came as Lee Holloway from Secretary, cuffed to a locked bondage arm bar in a sheer blouse and pencil skirt (Marie Claire). Kendall went blonde as Jane from Paris, Texas. Hello! read Hailey’s angel as a nod to Kylie, who wore the diamond Fantasy Bra on the Victoria’s Secret runway in Los Angeles on Oct. 18 (Hello!). Hailey hasn’t said it was a tribute.

What’s confirmed
Confirmed: the photos are real and new. Hailey and Justin posted them on Instagram, and Marie Claire, Hello!, W Magazine and Extra all reported them. Not confirmed: whether the couple shots were taken at Kendall’s party. A Chilean outlet noted it hasn’t been confirmed that Justin’s photos come from the same event (Venus Radio). Whether the angel was a Victoria’s Secret nod is the press’s read, not Hailey’s. X numbers were checked at about 12:10 p.m. Bangkok time on Nov. 1, 2026.
