Dua Lipa’s “Insane Body” Bikini Photos Are Real. They’re Just Not New, and the Real Tea Is Boring

I’ve been behind the camera since 2001 and shot more than 2,000 scenes, and nothing is crueler to a body than a paparazzo’s long lens at noon. No lighting, no angles, no second take. Dua Lipa got caught by it twice, a year apart, and both times she won.

“Dua Lipa, Insane Body Tea.” That’s the whole post: four words and two bikini photos, posted on Oct. 31, 2026 by the fan account Best of Hollywood (@besthollywood9). By Sunday afternoon, Bangkok time, it had passed 1.3 million views, 8,500 likes and 1,300 bookmarks on X.

So is it real? Yes. Both photos are genuine paparazzi shots of Dua Lipa that were published months ago. One is from a yacht day in Ibiza in August 2025. The other is from her honeymoon in Italy in June 2026. The post gives no date and no context, so it reads like this week’s news. It isn’t.

Below: the post, where and when each photo was taken, how she actually trains, in her own words, and my take.

Photo 1: the yacht steps in Ibiza, August 2025

• The look: a layered “double” bikini, a burgundy two-piece over a shimmering baby-blue one, with string ties at both hips. It’s the Oséree Lumière Bicolor Double Kini in “Crystal – Burgundy,” which Sports Illustrated priced at $263. She wore it with gold hoops, two layered necklaces and gold cuffs (Bustle).
• Where and when: stepping down the stairs of a yacht off Ibiza on Aug. 14, 2025, per CelebMafia, which also has her doing a headstand on a paddleboard the same day.
• She posted the bikini herself: the same set opened a 20-photo Instagram carousel from her Spanish trip, captioned “feeling v lucky n loved” (SI, Reality Tea). It was the week before her 30th birthday.

• The look: a string triangle bikini in an abstract purple, blue and black print, a slicked-back high ponytail and big hoop earrings, as Harper’s Bazaar described the set on June 25, 2026.
• Where and when: her honeymoon with Callum Turner in Italy, a few weeks after their May 31 London wedding and the three-day party in Sicily. Fox News ran the same set on June 28, credited to GALI / Backgrid, with one caption: “Some of the photos showcased Dua Lipa’s rock-hard abs.”
• Same trip, other photos: this is the honeymoon that also gave us the gold bikini and Callum’s scratched-up back, which went viral again on the same day as this post. We covered that one here.

Nothing in either photo needed debunking. They’re real, they’re Dua and they’re old. The only thing the post adds is the word “tea,” and there isn’t any. The pictures are 14 and 4 months old.

Nico’s take: you can’t fake that under a noon sun

The actual tea: how Dua Lipa trains, in her own words

Dua has been unusually open about it, mostly because she co-owns the machine. In 2025 she joined the at-home reformer brand Frame as co-founder and chief creative officer, and told Vogue:

• Every day, on the mat: “The one thing that keeps me grounded and keeps me fit is getting on the mat every single day. That’s doing Pilates, that’s doing yoga.” She said it’s the part she can still do on the road (quoted by Women’s Health).
• Why the core: “I’m in heels all the time, so my core is incredibly important. You’ve got to have a really strong core because if you have a strong core, then you’ve got a strong lower back” (Vogue).
• Reformer as strength training: “I love that I see such instant results… It’s like some of the best forms of strength training for me” (Vogue).
• Her attitude: “Don’t overthink it. You get a really good playlist. You throw on a really cute Pilates look” (Vogue).
• Her favourite: Frame co-founder Melissa Bentivoglio told The Healthy in December 2025 that Dua “loves core-focused workouts” and “loves the 10-minute abs,” and that she gets her cardio on stage, dancing in heels.

The stage is the other half. Her Radical Optimism Tour ran through 2024 and 2025, night after night of dancing in heels, and wrapped at the end of 2025, months before the honeymoon photos were taken.

How we got here: two summers, two bikinis

• June 28, 2024: Dua headlines the Pyramid Stage at Glastonbury (photo below).
• Aug. 14, 2025: the yacht day in Ibiza, photo 1 (CelebMafia). She turns 30 on Aug. 22.
• 2025: she becomes co-founder of Frame and talks daily mat workouts with Vogue.
• May 31 and June 5-7, 2026: she marries Callum Turner in London, then celebrates in Sicily.
• Mid to late June 2026: the Italian honeymoon. Photo 2 is from this set, published by Harper’s Bazaar and Fox News; the gold-bikini set ran in the Daily Mail on June 13.
• Aug. 17, 2026: she posts her own striped-bikini selfie from Portofino, which drew a million likes in eight hours, per The Blast and Hello!.
• Oct. 31, 2026: “Insane Body Tea” puts both old photos back on everyone’s timeline.

Confirmed vs. guesswork

• Confirmed: both photos show Dua Lipa; photo 1 is from Ibiza, August 2025; photo 2 is from her June 2026 honeymoon in Italy; her daily Pilates and yoga routine is in her own words to Vogue.
• Not confirmed: anything new. The post adds no date, no source and no story. “Tea” here just means “look at this.”
